A Plan for a New Congress

Yesterday the 111th congress ended as the new congress took their oath. That oath reads “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”
Here is the importance of this oath. It is a solemn promise to the people of the USA that they will act in their benefit by not stepping over their legal limit. This means that it is not up to the courts alone to decide what is constitutional but it is up to all the branches, including congress.
Here is how this is to be accomplished. 1) Congress must block every unconstitutional bill that comes through 2) Listen to the people 3)Repeal Obama-care 4)Take the unspent money of the stimulus bill and put it back in the general funds 5) Reduce the national debt 6) reform the "Electric Benefits Transaction" Program 6) Cut red tape and taxes.
If congress did this the rights of We-the-People would be truly be defended against the government. Governments have had a historical problem of taking the rights of the people away. That is why if something does not happen your rights will disappear. However, we cannot wait for "something to happen" since without every one working together our rights will not be saved.

Not only will our rights be saved, or their destruction be postponed, but our economy will improve. Lower taxes mean that companies can spend what would have been tax dollars toward company growth, which generates more taxes. In addition, cutting red tape would allow those businesses reduce the cost of unnecessary regulations. Thus they can grow, which is what we hear that Washington wants done.
Whatever the new congress does, they must remember that they made an oath and that oath they swore to the people and God. Moreover, We-the-People must keep them accountable. So help us God.
